Oops, something has gone wrong... But don't worry and read on!

This was most probably not your fault. The Language Mentoring s.r.o. company is based in Slovakia, and many banks outside of Europe (especially from the USA) don't permit a transaction to a Slovak bank.

But don't worry; your order is valid, and once we figure out the payment, we'll make sure you get your course with all the bonuses you're entitled to! 🙂

Please do the following:

    Check your email inbox to see if you received an email from fakturace@fapifaktura.cz (our invoice system) with a Proforma invoice. (This may happen within 10 minutes from making your order.)

    If you received it, then you don't need to do anything. Our support team will contact you asap by email with a Paypal request for the amount you were supposed to pay.
  • 3
    Please make your payment using the Paypal request – there is no need to have a Paypal account. You can easily pay by credit card. You won't be charged any fees.

    Once the money arrives, we'll send you the login data to your video course and you can start watching right away! (Or after February 14, if you ordered the Language Key video course).

If you checked your email and you don't see any Proforma invoice (not even in the Spam or Promotions folders), then please go back to the Order page and submit your order again. The recommended payment option is Paypal. Please make sure you type in the correct email address.
